Christmas Holidays

Fit2gether Personal Training and Fit2gether Running Group need a holiday!. We are taking a few weeks holiday. I am training for the pier to pub swim with some other fit2gether folk and trying to improve my 10km time while I am at the beach. I am starting back training on Monday 1st February. I will email you all towards the end of January. Have a great christmas and a happy new year to all.

13 Runners from Fit2gether Running Group signed up for the 10km Sussan Run on December 6th. 12 Runners completed the race. One runner got injured before the day.

Well done to everyone who was involved. Emma, we hope you will be back running soon!

Lots of PB's on the day. Great run, great views, great weather and great coffee and muffin after the race ...what more could you ask for !

Hi, my name is Deirdre. I am the owner of Fit2gether Personal Training - besides doing Personal Training (one one one, group, program and online), I also have running groups which are very popular. I have groups for beginners all the way to running a marathon. I have sessions for kids and for Teenage Girls. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and a qualified Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. I am based in the Yarraville area of Melbourne. I love Yarraville! It is a groovy village with lots of atmosphere. I am passionate about being healthy. I really enjoy motivating people of all shapes and sizes. My goal is to get you started on the fitness road and direct you to take the fit paths to your destination!
