Introduction

Hi, my name is Deirdre. I am the owner of Fit2gether Personal Training - besides doing Personal Training (one one one, group, program and online), I also have running groups which are very popular. I have groups for beginners all the way to running a marathon. I have sessions for kids and for Teenage Girls. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and a qualified Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. I am based in the Yarraville area of Melbourne. I love Yarraville! It is a groovy village with lots of atmosphere. I am passionate about being healthy. I really enjoy motivating people of all shapes and sizes. My goal is to get you started on the fitness road and direct you to take the fit paths to your destination!
