Last Week of Classes

Reminder -Tuesday morning 6am is my last class for the year. Don't forget to do your make up sessions before then!

End Of Year Approaching

1st of December is here and we have only a few weeks left for Term 4, if you need to do a makeup class please do so in the next week or so as my classes finish up on December 16th. Our legs need a rest for a few weeks before we spring into action for 2012 .....

Running in France

Checked out the Marathon Course in Paris - it is really hard to run in Paris .....easier to run in Beaune countryside but hard running on my own!
Hard to resist the Pain Au Chocolat and all the wonderful food here so I need to run!
